Case Study

An early stage and pre-revenue start-up had a tested prototype of an m-health savings platform. The client was beginning to get interest from investors; some early stage, and other sophisticated late stage investors. The client approached the firm for guidance on how to handle and plan for early and late stage investments, in particular the client’s current shareholding structure did not plan for potential investors and their exits.
